We invite you to compare the New Corporate World Win-Win business Structure (on the home page) with the present banking and big business structures (described below).

We assure you that the evidence supports both conclusions. BOTH ARE TRUE.

The world's largest corporations, and specifically the banking industry, as they are presently being run, are:

*** Obsolete,

*** Fundamentally flawed,

*** Incredibly destructive -- An ecological disaster,

*** Consistently dysfunctional,

*** Grossly unfair,

*** Managed in secret,

*** Filled with ethically questionable lending and borrowing practices,

*** Riddled with conflicts of interest,

*** Owned and managed by Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts,

*** Owned by the super-wealthy,

*** Run for the super-wealthy, and

*** Managed by excessively self-centered and arrogant multi-

millionaires who don't give a damn about the people, their plight, their rights, the truth, or the environment.

The major corporations are focused almost exclusively on profits at any price. The banks charges their customers hard-earned, interest money (money created with blood, sweat and tears) for the use of non-existent, make-believe money that they (the bankers) simply pluck from the air.

A very small, elite group of super-wealthy private bankers control the nation's entire financial system. Their leaders operate in secret. They are not subject of any rules or regulation. They run a network of privately owned, for-profit banks. They've been in business for almost 100 years. They've stolen trillions of dollars from the American people. They're still in business today. Check the evidence for yourself.

With regard to serving the public, as it's are presently being run, the American banking system is all but dead and the major corporations are huge exploitation machines that destroy anything, everything, and anybody that stands between them and short-term profits. They dominate and control almost all politicians and government agencies.

Their Intentions Are:

*** To remove of all government regulations,

*** To change the laws to legalize crimes such as usury and betting

on what the stock market will do,

*** To block any and all attempts at political and economic reform,

*** To manipulate the economy between boom and bus:

Overinflate prices -- Get people deeply in debt -- Crash the economy -- Demand loan repayments -- Force desperate borrowers to sell their assets to pay off the loans -- Buy borrower's assets at fire sale prices -- Use fairytale, make-believe money to buy the borrower's assets

*** To demand government austerity programs that dramatically

reduce or eliminate public services such as health care, education, and recreational services,

*** To privatize public services so that the corporation are in control

and can make a profit by providing public services that rightfully belong in the public sector,

*** To exploit anything that will produce a profit,

*** To manipulate the stock market with billions of dollars

in hedge funds. Hedge funds are bets to protect against the rise or fall of future prices.

*** To confiscate of the wealth (individual wealth, small corporate

wealth, city, county, state, federal and foreign government wealth) by encouraging debt and then manipulating the processes of lending and borrowing so that the borrower is forced to sell his / her / its assets to pay the debt. The lenders then purchase the assets at fire-sale prices,

*** To financially destroy of the general public by transferring

jobs to completely unregulated and incredibly-cheap foreign labor, and

*** To remove the remaining political power from the people.

In case you haven't yet noticed, they are being incredible successful in every one of the above-listed objectives.

Simply allow what is to be and shift focus onto
creating the results that one chooses to experience.

Do you recall how automobiles replaced horses as the major means of human travel. Did Henry Ford go around killing horses and blowing up livery stables? NO! He simply built cars. Did you ever hear of any computer builders protesting or fighting typewriter manufactures. NO! They simply built a superior product. When electric lights replaced kerosene lanterns, were any lantern makers murdered. NO! Why not? Because in each case sited and in thousand of other instances, what was being produced was vastly superior to its predecessor.

If you have examined any of our websites that discuss how the universe actually functions, you are aware that to fight something empowers it. Fighting something also directs the universal laws to produce more of what one is fighting. You're probably also aware that the energy of creation (Creator/God) doesn't fix broken things. He/She/It simply creates something new.

To that end we choose to create The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure. We are not judging, condemning, fighting, threatening, demanding anything, or in any way interfering with the present financial system. What is is, and we honor what is. We allow it to continue to be as it is and to continue to do as it does. We are also, in our silence saying, "You can keep all the wealth you have accumulated." What we are actively saying is, "You just can't take any more."

The Bottom Line: We are simply creating something that is so vastly superior to the existing system that, once a person understands what we are proposing, he (or she) would have to be an idiot, be an out-of-control drug addict, or be criminally insane to oppose what we are doing and to continue supporting the existing system.

Re-Design or Replace

With the basic structure available, the next step was to demonstrate that our proposed corporate/foundation partnership would work in the real world. We outreached to dozens of place inviting others to experiment with our format, and all we received in return was nothing.

We then decided to create our own pilot project. After two false starts, we found the ideal place to begin. We chose an infrastructure restoration project -- a project that, in and of itself, would be well received. Our intention was and is to create our role model in a context where The Powers The Be cannot make excuses as to why what we are proposing should not be done.

Applying the format outline on this website's home page, we created The California Aqueduct Headwaters Restoration Project under the combined structure of the California Aqueduct Headwaters Restoration Foundation in partnership with the CAHR Financial Services Corporation. >
