Overview:
We are simply altering
the context in
which corporations conduct business. In
the new context, old strategies are no longer
applicable. New patterns are
inevitable. How this is done is most
easily explained using an
example. Please see the
paragraphs below.
TLC-Life-Center's
Proposal:
This section explains,
by example, the
TLC-Life-Center's Proposal for Corporate
Financial Transformation. The text
below explains a rather simple, effective,
non-violent, unstoppable, foolproof way to
shift financial profits from the wealthy
only to all the people, including
the wealthy. If we
are to survive as a species, money and profits
must be re-assigned to their rightful place as
one piece of a four-part, corporate matrix --
employees (including management) , customers, environment, and stockholders. To
clearly see what's wrong with our economic
system, readers are directed to four pages on TLC-Life-Center's Money-God Money
website:
The Federal Reserve ' Fractional Reserves
Inflation
The Curse of Debt
You can find these
four pages at: http://www.Money-God-Money.info˛
In this explanation,
we'll call our sample corporation,
"Example Inc."
Imagine Example Inc. making this public
announcement: "From now on,
one percent of
the
retail price of all of our products or services, is
being donated to
an independently controlled non-profit foundation
called "The
Example Foundation."
This foundation has been recently set up by
Example Inc."
(The amount
of money donated to the
foundation may be more or less than one percent. The actual
percentage donated is not as important as actually
setting up the foundation and activating
it. The long-term results will be
the same. The only difference will
be the length of time the process described
below will take.)
Creating Investment Capital.
Example Foundation uses the money
put into it by Example Inc. as its investment
portfolio. All
assets are managed by highly skilled professionals who
are employees of (or agents for) the
Foundation. The
Foundation charter dictates that the
Foundation's investment money
is never spent -- that the money is for
investment purposes only and can never, ever, under any
circumstances be spent or taken out of the
investment capital assets and used for other purposes. (To understand the
importance of this rule, see the section
titled: What
Social Security Was Supposed to Be) For
example of how the Foundations can be set up see
the notes and references section: Retirement-Investment Trusts. When
the Foundation is initially created, the corporation
will provide the seed money for setting up the
Foundation and for Foundation's first year's management
and operating expenses.
The
money put into Example Foundation by Example Inc.
is used to purchase the stock
in Example Inc. The profits
from ownership of this stock are also used
for, and will continue to be
used to buying more Example
Inc. stock until Example
Foundation owns a controlling interest in
Example Inc." A
portion of the profits will also be directed into a fund
that pays for the Foundation's management and operating
expenses.
Example Inc. and Example Foundation
are separate legal entities. The Foundation
has a specific set of operating rules and a
specific set of beneficiaries. The
four designated beneficiaries are:
1) Example Inc.'s employees,
(including the executives)
2) Example Inc.'s customers, 3) the
environment, and 4) the remaining stock
holders. The
Foundations bylaws are designed to avoid the type of
financial fraud and mismanagement such as that shown by
Enron.
The Money Is Already Available.
And it's not like we must find new money to do
this. Most large corporations have already
earmarked a portion of their profits for charitable
purposes. TLC-Life-Center is simply proposing that
a portion of that money be directed into their own
version of Example Foundation.
Because Example
Foundation is the first of its kind, it will also invite donations
to it's investment fund to speed up the
financial transformation
process. Once Example
Foundation owns a controlling
interest in Example Inc., the Foundation will
continue to buy Example Inc. stock, but its
role will be expanded.

The Great God,
"Money"
At the point
where Example Foundation
owns a controlling interest in Example
Inc., The Great God,
"Money" shifts it's primary allegiances
and its power-to- control
away from the stockholders, only. That's
not to ignore the remaining stockholders or to
in any way reduce their value or the value of their
stocks. It is to expand the scope
and purpose of the corporation to also include the well being of
the customers, the employees, and the
environment.
The company
will then be able to sell its products
and/or its service at a highly competitive price because
it will no longer need to pay huge amounts of
money to investors. And neither will the
corporation's activities be focused, as it
is now, on short-term profit at the expense of everyone and
everything else. For example,
in the NCW structure, jobs will no
longer be transferred to overseas companies in
order to save a few dollars.
As Example
Foundation owns more and more Example
Inc. stock, the remaining private
stock holders will find themselves holding a
very good investment. Wise
investors will see the uniqueness of the
company and many will likely purchase stock
for a long-term investment.

Retirement
Trust:
Also, the company
employees may choose to set up a retirement trust, as
describe on
the pages titled: How
to Create Safe,
Dependable,
Tangible-asset Retirement Funds. If they do,
these two approaches to business will
make the company stand out a leader in
its
industry. The publicity will attract more
customers, which in turn, will generate more
profits. If the Retirement
Trust
also purchases Example Inc. stock, the
transformation process will be speeded up considerably.
At the point where investors
become only one
consideration among many, the corporation can
shift is policies and practices as the times and the
circumstance call for.

God Is on
Our Side: You've probably heard
the ancient war calls: "How
do we get God onto our
side?" and "How do we
get God off their
side?" Well, the above
process is exactly how to do
this. Example
Foundation stock
purchases, move The
Great God, "Money" onto
the side of the public, onto the side of the
employees and onto the side of the
environment.

The
Turnaround: With
each share of stock purchased by Example
Foundation, Example
Inc. becomes more independent.
It becomes more and more free from the
controls and volatilities of the stock
market. With each share of stock
purchased, Example
Foundation receives a
larger share of Example Inc.'s
profits. Fewer and fewer dollars
go to outside stockholders. Profits
shift from being used to pay debts (money to
stockholders) to
buying back more of Example Inc.'s
stock. Eventually, the
investment portfolio will become so large that
a major question will be, "What do
we do with all this
money?"

Universal
Application: The Example
Foundation concept
is applicable to any and to almost every
profit-motivated corporation on the entire
planet. Imagine several major
corporations having the wisdom to set up
partnership Foundations as described
above. The financial
transformations would be phenomenal, peaceful,
and unstoppable.
But whether major
corporations do or
not is irrelevant. Why?
Because it's already unstoppable for several
reasons -- it's urgently needed -- it's incredible simple --
it's totally legal -- it's phenomenally effective,
it's non-violent
-- and almost any profit-oriented company on the
entire planet can set this up without
consulting anybody outside of their own
company. It's already unstoppable
because the smaller corporations are getting the ball rolling, and once it's
rolling, other companies will have only
two choices -- do likewise or
perish.
