Six Simple Steps
That Will Change
Your World. Why?
Regardless of what
the causes are, all of us on the planet are
experiencing the beginning stages of some potentially disastrous,
life-altering environmental transformations. We cannot simply say, "We
didn't cause these changes, therefore we can ignore
them." If we ignore these changes
they will produce some extremely destructive consequences.
How to
Transform Your World and Your Life
With relative ease and simplicity,
it's now possible to transfer stock ownership of almost any corporation
to a non-profit Foundation so that each
corporation is under the control and watchful eye of an
independent-thinking,
environmentally-friendly, employee-friendly, and customer-friendly, non-profit
Foundation. Corporations that choose to make
this change will longer be dominated by money,
greed, fear, and misdirected power.
Corporations hold the key to resolving our environmental
problems (and many of our social problems, as well) because
they have
the means, the
motive, the talent, the opportunity,
the resources, and
the ability to make major changes in the fundamental fabric of
society, including the Reversal of Global
Warming.
They lack only one ingredient,
and that ingredient is "How to do so and still satisfy their
investor's requirements for profits." The structural change
suggested below solves this problem.
How?
By six, simple steps.
1) Ask the leaders of the company you work for (or the leaders in any corporation) if
they'd like to:
a) Take back control of the company from the
money interests,
b) Increase company profits,
c) Expand their power and influence
in the corporate world,
and at the same time,
d) Be in a position to play a
significant role in Reversing Global Warming.
2) When they say,
"yes," invite them to set up a
special, independently controlled, non-profit
Foundation.
3 Then, each month, your
company donates a small percentage of its profits to
this Foundation. (One source of the
funding will come from re-directing a portion of
the money that the company commonly gives to charity.)
4) The Foundation uses
this money to buy stock in your company.
5) The Foundation uses the
profits from owning the stock to buy more stock in your
company.
6) When the Foundation holds
enough stock to override the votes of the money-is-my-only-interest
stockholders, then the corporation
and the Foundation, functioning as a team, can redefine
the corporation's reason for being.
That's when the real transformation can
begin. At that point, the corporate leaders,
the Foundation leaders,
and the employees join forces and re-focus
the company onto the well-being of the foundation's
five beneficiaries:
a) The
Employees & Management
c) The Environment
b) The
Customers
d) The Remaining Stockholders

is so phenominal and so far-reaching that it's hard to even
imagine what the world will be like when it's actually in place.
