As you well know, every project of any magnitude and significance must have five basic ingredients in order to be successful.   And so it is with  Creating the New Corporate World.²     It must: 

1)  Be in the right setting --  in the right context ----     NCW is in the right setting.

2)  Be in right timing     ----------------------------------    NCW is in right timing. 

3)  Have a fully functional plan of operation ----------   NCW has an excellent plan.

4)  Have the right people involved -----   NCW has them --  or has them available.

5)  Have adequate working capital  ----------------------      Moderate Success

We simply need to keep ourselves functioning  and we must keep reaching out and speaking up until someone in a significant position of money and/or influence sees the incredible potential of The New-Corporate-World ² and brings our work to the attention of the American public and/or to the attention of corporate leaders who will put this simple, yet profound plan into action.   If humans are going to Reverse Global Warming,² creating  The New Corporate World Foundation's   Win-Win Business Structure   is by far, the best process yet proposed by anyone anywhere.  

In the mean time, and at his time, what we require is quite simple --  enough money to keep us working on this project --  $3,800 per month.    So we say to all who read this page:   
1)   Can you help?    
2)    Will you Help with a loan or a tax-deductible donation?

Loans -- Investors Will Receive:    

 1)  a personal contract with both The Life Center Church and Reverend Cote' as the borrower responsible for returning the loan money.   2)  A return of the loan plus 10% interest to the investor.   Ten percent is the maximum interest rate allowable by law for a private loan.   The suggested time of investment is one year.   Loans as small as $500 are acceptable.   3)    plus other benefits.¹

Please also remember you are really  investing in your children and grandchildren.  They are the ones who will pay the price if you choose to ignore this request for assistance.   Their lives and their well-being are at serious risk, right now.     The consequences of not waking up and not  Reversing Global Warming  are so devastating and so deadly that failure is simply not an option.²   

Where will the money come from to return the lender's capital investments?   From donations and/or from foundation grants.
